Chris

Listening to your songs and I must say its beautiful Country to the bone with the flair of some of the top Country singers out there today. Basses are covered right from the hurting side to the Saturday night Swing style of "Her Memories" .

I wish you well in your adventure and hope all your dreams come true.

Chris my wife and I are so proud of you. Your new CD is outstanding!! Marie is truly amazed that one individual could write the songs, music, design the cover and organize all the other things that made the CD possible.

She finds the music most relaxing on her drive to and from Dartmouth Crossing each day.

Keep up the great work.

Chris,

Just wanted to drop you a note to congratulate you on the release of your latest album! It's truly a great listen from start to finish. The diversity, in terms of the music, blends together extremely well. Fast songs, slow songs, a little rock, a little country. It's a great mix. Not only do you take the listener on your journey but these songs allow them to reflect on their own journey as well. It's really easy to relate to your music.

On another note, I want to thank you for welcoming me into your home where we conducted an interview for Hub Now. It was fantastic to learn how this album came together and I look forward to an opportunity where we can sit down and discuss your next big success.

All the best my friend,

Jeff Gill

I can't believe it's been 21 years already knowing you. I can still remember when Honkey Tonk Man was on the Country Pack CD those many moons ago. Gone is yet another hit album that anyone who's loved, lost, or both can relate to but it can still give you strength with "Life Goes On". I'm never disappointed when I hear your music, whether it's in my truck, over the phone, or live, it's deadly. I can't wait to hear more and hope another CD or a single comes out soon. Anyone who hasn't picked up a copy or downloaded this music should get a move on. Congrats Chris for another job well done and showing people what resilience truly is by example and not just being a preacher. Best of luck in the future and all the best.

Cameron McKinnon - Bible Hill,NS.

Chris Gill has hit the ball out of the park with the release of his much anticipated new album,"Gone". Incorporating poignant lyrics with crisp, clean notes Chris tells the universal story of heartache, pain, and ultimate redemption.
From the first song,"Life Goes On", he takes us on a musical journey from heart rendering songs to foot stompin' Rock and Roll ! Although the inner jacket provides the background for Chris' first major foray in some time, it is his attention to detail , his steadfast love of family , and his musical genius that sets this album apart from any contemporary Country album today. It gives the listener everything ; country, jazz, rock, and blues, to convey to the fan that if you don't move on ...time is,"Gone" and cannot be replaced.
Every aspect of this album ; the cover, musical arrangements, and lyrics are all original. The fact that so many people willingly vied to become involved in his new album speaks to his dedication as a person and as a father. Join Chris on his journey through the good times and bad times in this audio/visual triumph of the human spirit.

Chris, You have endured more than any man would have too in a thousand lifetimes. This story you have told in your new CD will now give your the courage, strength and perseverance to move on and embrace life once again with new hopes and dreams. The music you create from your heart to the paint brushes"your fingers" is a thing of beauty.  Anyone who has the opportunity to listen to the artist canvas will walk away with such a great feeling from head to toe.

BRAVO!!  Great job well done.

KUDIOS to you for not giving up.  The best is yet to come for you and all those children you will hold dear in your heart.  How lucky are they!!

Chris,

On behalf of Make-A-Wish Atlantic Provinces, THANK YOU! You've offered to help our wish kids through the gift of your music, your time & talent, and in other way you can think of to ensure sick children in Atlantic Canada can find hope, strength and joy through the power of a wish.

For me personally, you opened up your heart through our conversations. Your songs mean even more to me now that I have heard directly from you about your incredible life's journey. You sing about so many heartfelt emotions; but through it all I also hear hope for the now and for the future - for you and for all of us.

Congratulations on your triumph. Hang onto your (cowboy) hat, it's gonna be a great time ahead! Thanks again!!!

WOW!!  Your new CD "GONE" is destined for great success.  Incredible talent shines in every lyric and musical note.  Your struggles to make this dream come true have been many, but you can't beat a person who never gives up.

Keep your eyes on the stars(children of Make a Wish) and your feet on the ground.  May only people who believe in you influence your life.
